We are pleased to welcome the violinist and pianist Margarita and Kristina Balanas from Latvia, and violinist Danae Taamal and pianist Maksim Stsura from Estonia.  All fantastic musicians, they will present an exciting programme of chamber music including Shostakovich's Piano Trio No.2   In the second half of the concert, they will be joined by our Artistic Director Karin Norlen (viola) from Sweden in Dvorak's Piano Quintet Op. 81.  During the concert there will also be an exhibition of ceramics by the Latvian-English artist Krista Speakman-Brown.

Saturday, 21st January 2012 - Organ & Viola recital

We are presenting the unusual but beautiful combination of music for the viola and organ with our Artistic Director Karin Norlen (viola) and Administrator  Jonathan Cunliffe (organ).

Thursday, 1st March 2012 - Cavaleri Quartet and Olga Jegunova

We look forward to welcoming the outstanding Cavaleri Quartet, 2011 winners of the Royal Overseas League Competition, together with our Artistic Advisor Olga Jegunova in an exhilating String Quartet and Piano Quintet programme.

Saturday, 28th April 2012 - Schubert's Winterreise

Following his Wigmore Hall debut, the prize-winning South African tenor Sipho Fubesi will be joined by pianist Olga Jegunova in a performance of one of Schubert's most-loved song cycles.

The July concert will be advertised soon.

We have now started our Chamber Music in Little Venice 'Friends' scheme giving you the chance to support our series.  If you would like to read more about what benefits it includes, please take this link.

Olga Jegunova - Due to her growing commitments as a solo-pianist, we are sorry to announce that Olga will no longer act as Artistic Director for Chamber Music in Little Venice.  However, we are very happy that she will continue to be involved with performing and inviting guest artists to the same extent as before, in her new role as Artistic Advisor.

We look forward to seeing you in our future concerts and are thankful for all the support we have received so far.

Success - The concert in September with Tamsin Waley-Cohen, Aleksei Kiseliov, Olga and Karin ws a great success, and was made so special thanks to all of you who were able to attend.

With best regards,

Karin Norlen (Artistic Director)

Olga Jegunova (Artistic Advisor)
